Return Process

Examine your package immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect flavor assortments.

Take clear photographs of any damaged packaging or incorrect items to help our team process your claim efficiently.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected product.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a replacement shipment or a store credit refund for the damaged or missing goods.
